With only six exclusive rooms—each with its own private bathroom—you’ll find the perfect balance between comfort and simplicity. Rooms will be shared in double or triple occupancy, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

Food is an essential part of this experience. Our Indian chef will prepare delicious satvic vegetarian lunches and dinners, crafted with love and aligned with Ayurvedic principles.
Our Indian chef has lived in Europe for years, he skillfully adapts each dish to the European palate—so there’s no need to worry about excessive spiciness. 🌿✨.
Expect nourishing, flavorful meals that bring balance and energy to your practice. Every dish have been tested and approved by us, ensuring both authenticity and comfort. Additionally, before the retreat, we will ask about allergies and intolerances so that meals can be adjusted to everyone's needs.
For breakfast and snacks, you’ll always find a selection of herbal teas, coffee, fresh juices, fruits, cookies, cereals, and nuts—allowing you to nourish yourself at your own rhythm.

Nature is an extension of your practice. A mindful hike will take us to a breathtaking, sacred location, where silence and history intertwine.
We will also gather for a sunset meditation by the sea, a magical moment guided by Mahendra ji, where the golden light meets the rhythm of the waves. And, for those who love surprises, two special experiences await—designed to awaken your senses and deepen your journey.
