𝟑-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 Every session will be a wholesome experience including Yoga philosophy (study and chanting), Vedic knowledge, practice of pranayama and concentration/meditation. This program is made up of our sessions recordings of the course from February 16th to April 25th 2023. It includes 𝟐𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 of +/- 1 hour duration that you can follow at your own pace. • 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 The practice is definitely important in Yoga. But there is also abundant knowledge of life given in the shastras (ancient yogic texts), which we will learn. We have selected some key sutras from the 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏̃𝒋𝒂𝒍𝒊 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝑺𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒂, 𝑯𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒈𝒂𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒌𝒂, 𝑩𝒉𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒅 𝑮𝒊𝒕𝒂 and 𝑽𝒊𝒋𝒏̃𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑩𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒂 𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂 for deeper understanding and support your growth in the path of Yoga. You will learn how to release the muscular tensions created by mental disturbances. • 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚 During the 20 classes, through different yogic techniques, we will focus on our vital energy, called Prana. • 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 We will work and emphasize on the quality of concentration to reach higher levels of Meditation.
